Description:
Netravathi Peak Trek Tour distance – 18kms (Two way)
Difficulty – Easy to Moderate
Netravati Peak is a 1520-metre-high peak sandwiched between Belthangadi Taluk of Dakshina Kannada and Chikmagalur District of Karnataka. It is a part of the Western Ghat range, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its biodiversity. While it is close to some other famous peaks such as Kudremukh, this trek remains comparatively lesser-known. A less-known trekking trail in Chikmagalur, Netravathi Peak Trek tour offers adventurers a chance to explore the scenic beauty and rich biodiversity of the Western Ghats.
The breathtaking diversity that exists within these holy mountains is shown by every moment experienced on the Netravati Peak Trek, from the green forest canopy to the vivid hues of unique flora.
Adventurers develop a deep bond with nature when they spend time in the tranquility of the wilderness, which inspires awe and respect for the delicate ecosystems that live in the Western Ghats. The Netravathi Peak Trek Tour offers an incredible voyage of exploration, as each step gets one closer to the heart of this pristine wilderness—whether hiking alone or with other adventurers.
Note: Nethravathi Trek permits are limited to 300 Trekkers by Kudremukha Forest Department. So, if we did not get permits GlobalTrotter has all the authorities to do alternative treks or change the itinerary based on the availability.
